Subscription is a pre-paid service based on a monthly or annual subscription term. Subscription fees are to be paid in full at the start of the term and renewed before the anniversary date for continued service provision into the following term. All subscriptions purchased for a term will expire at the end of the paid term (unless renewed) and cannot be carried forward to the next term even if it is not utilized for the current term. Fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage.

Create a template

In order to create a new template, one just needs to access the menu, and look up 'templates' in order to get started. The process going forward is a fairly simple and intuitive one.

Signing Up - how to get start

To get on board, you can do so as an individual or as a representative of an organization. All we need is a account name, person owning the account, email, contact, and organization name. We will contact you to arrange to set up the App and web admin login. We would take approximately two business days to set up your accounts once your billing information has been processed by paypal.

30 Days Trial for Basic Plan

For the basic plan, you would go through the same process of signing up and getting onboard. Billing information would be required through Paypal but not payment will be made immediately and a recurring billing schedule will be set up via Paypal and charges will only be incurred after 30 days from the date of subscription.

Cancellation and refund

You can choose to cancel your subscriptions immediately or at the end of the paid term. There will be no refund for all subscriptions paid for, including in the event that account is terminated due to violation of the terms stated in “Terms Of Use”. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

  • Mobile app updates may take up to 1 week or more (from resolution submission date) to be released depending on the duration of App Store review process
